Lots of Wild Burro's in Red Rock Canyon. 6 Hours on the MTB. 50 degrees. kind of cold. 5K of vertical. 48 miles. im worked. Found some new rocky technical trails.

My date for Valentine's is this Beer and my wallet. With the dunk contest on TV at BJ's in Vegas. At leatst the counter tops are the same color as Home. That helps a little. Art is at my house sitting in my hot tub drinking my Beer. Im going to beat his ass all year long on the bike!

Went riding with Matt Mcgee. Matt use to live in SLC about 10 years ago. He still rides a Cannondale. Says he will be at St George. He is my pick for the 30 to 39 expert.

Buckweat, Blue Berry, Cashew, Pancakes @ EGG WORKS in Vegas. Then Im off for 5 hours in the desert. Probably wont need and energy food! I heard its snowing in the SLC. Art is probably poaching my TV again!

I walk down the stairs and I find a 6 foot 7" half naked monkey riding the trainer watching "the Rocker" on my TV. WTH?
At least he has good taste in movies. The Rocker kicks ass. It has Dwight from the Office in it.

I wonder if Sly is going to make a comeback.....

check out the volvo loaded with snow from the last one. I did add a little while shoveling the drive way. it all came flying off into the street when I gased it out of the driveway.

2 Days in a row Backcountry Skiing. Im Hooked!!!!

Bart Gillespie waited up for me to make sure I was on the right track. 2nd Time out. Went with Bart and Alex Grant. I guess that is good company to learn from? They go uphill fast just like on the MTB!
Who is this Old Guy? Why did I wait till I was 38 to try Backcountry? Day 2 it was really warm but snowing. Weird. I was burning up in a Blizzard. The Snow was a bit Heavy but soooooo Good.
